San Rocco is situated on a quiet, no through road just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bembridge village and 10 minutes from the beach.
The house sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms, In addition it can sleep 2 more on the comfortable sofa bed in the living area and is comfortably furnished throughout.
There is a private, secure garden and off street parking for three cars.
The space
Situated on a quiet road just minutes from the popular, pretty village centre and beaches, the property has garden to the back and side and parking to the front.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors.
Downstairs:
The open plan kitchen/dining area is well equipped with gas hob, microwave, oven, large fridge and dishwasher. It has a breakfast bar and dining table.
Through two open archways from the kitchen/dining area is the living room which has a portrait window and bi folding doors leading directly out into the private, fenced garden. The living room is bright and airy with a wood burner, television, a selection of family games and music system.
Off the kitchen you will find the utility room which has a freezer, overflow fridge, ice machine and washing machine.
The first double bedroom is on the ground floor and next to it is the downstairs shower room.
In the hallway there is ample hanging space for bags and coats and room for shoes/boots/extra bits under the stairs.
Upstairs:
There are 2 more double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside:
The garden has plenty of seating, a bbq, fire pit and a long table perfect for sociable al fresco dining and enjoying the fresh air.
It is fenced and has a small gate at the front, perfect for keeping little ones/dogs safe.
Other things to note
PETS – We allow DOGS in the house as we have dogs and feel that they are part of the family. We do make a small extra charge of £35 per dog per booking.
Dogs are not allowed in any of the bedrooms. Please use the blankets provided to cover the sofa if you are worried about your dog jumping up – which is not encouraged!
Please make sure you remove all dog poo from the garden before you depart otherwise, we will deduct £25 from your deposit.
There is a tap with a hose pipe in the right-hand corner of the driveway please feel free to use this to wash your dog down before it goes into the house or garden.
FYI our neighbour’s have dogs so please make sure that your dog is kept on a lead and under control when out at the front of the house
