Join us for the highly anticipated Isle of Wight Pride, returning in July 2023! Prepare for an incredible weekend event set against the stunning backdrop of Eastern Gardens, Ryde Esplanade.

Mark your calendars for the festivities: Friday, July 14th from 5pm to 9pm, Saturday, July 15th from 12pm to 10pm, and Sunday, July 16th from 12pm to 7pm.

We kick off the celebration on Friday, July 14th with the Pride Launch Party from 5pm to 9pm. The evening will be filled with entertainment, including a captivating Starstruck performance paying tribute to Years & Years, the energetic Gay-Ties Revival Show, and an enthusiastic DJ. You’ll also have the opportunity to savor a delectable array of food and beverages, including our newly launched IW Pride Cocktail.

On Saturday, July 15th, the Pride Parade commences at 12pm from Ryde School, weaving its way through West Street, Lind Street, Union Street, and the Esplanade before culminating at the Pride Community Village in Eastern Gardens. The main stage will be hosted by the extraordinary island drag sensation Quivers, who will introduce a dazzling lineup of acts, such as Christavie Francisco, Solent Men’s Gay Chorus, Brighton Drag Queens Raiine and Glew, MDNA – a Madonna tribute, Cherry Liquor, Diva-Licious 90’s Show, the sensational Amrick Channa from The Voice UK, and a thrilling DJ set by Woody Cook, starting at 9pm.

The Pride Community Village will be open throughout the day on Saturday, July 15th, and Sunday, July 16th, from 12pm onwards. Here, you can explore an assortment of bars, food stalls featuring diverse cuisine, local businesses, charity stalls, and the all-new Selfie Island showcasing the vibrant Pride Unicorns!

Don’t miss Isle of Wight Pride Plus on Sunday, July 16th, starting at 12pm in Eastern Gardens. Prepare for an unforgettable day filled with captivating performances by local theater groups, talented singers, exceptional Kylie and Dolly Parton tributes, mesmerizing burlesque and drag shows, and a heartfelt Promise Ceremony.

Isle of Wight Pride 2023 is a non-ticketed, FREE event, open to all. Join us as we champion the significance of equality and diversity, celebrating the strides made for the LGBTQIA+ community in the UK and worldwide. Together, we raise awareness of the prejudice and dangers that many still face.
