The space

Large master bedroom with ensuite and utility room, the second bedroom is large enough to accommodate two adults and two children and offer a secondary play room with TV for the children.  The large entrance hall follows out onto the private veranda with sea views and access down to the beach. off to the left is a large family sitting room with bay window seating.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, benefitting from sea views from the dining table.

Baymount also benefits from a cabin guest room with a further bunk room and king size bed with its own bathroom, fridge and tea making facilities, the property has everything you would need to have additional guests.

Guest access

Private access direct from private parking space down the side of the main house. Own entrance with key safe and direct access down to the beach.

Other things to note

Whilst the access is down steps there is also access via the garden for pushchairs. The property has a sunny garden area to the front and lovely alfresco dining area.
