Its modern and neutral decoration lends itself to the light and airy spaces and the properties main feature is the panoramic window that frames the stunning views across the Solent. The inside is up to a high finish but the exterior still requires work and as such has been priced to reflect this.

This newly refurbished 3 bed cottage is situated in a quiet suburban residential area. Located between the sort after award winning beach,; Seagrove Bay and buzzing Seaview village, you can enjoy the best of both with each within walking distance. The cottage is Neutrally decorated with open plan kitchen and living area and South facing garden and patio area makes Solent View a wonderful place to retreat to after a long day on the beach or sailing on the water. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 5 adults in 1 king size bed and three singles or equally 4 adults and one child or two adults and 3 children.

Whilst this property is all on one floor the access does require for guests to climb steps to the entrance. The property has an expansive open plan kitchen and living area with vast panoramic windows looking out over the Solent. The modern kitchen has a large island with stools and large drawers for pans and cutlery.

Great house. Great location.. just needed a microwave oven. Cooking large jacket potatoes in the fan oven took over an hour.. and had to boil kippers in the bag... also Cooking baked beans on an electric hob was a new experience

Seaview
Seaview is a highly sort after location for holiday makers every year with stunning beaches and coastal walks. There are many National Trust areas across the Island and too much to explore in just one visit. Seagrove Bay has won many awards in the prestigious Keep Britain Tidy Seaside Awards for Summer 2022. Seaview village is buzzing with life in the summer months, with sailing regattas and street parties along the sea front outside of the very popular pub the Old Fort and the Seaview Yacht Club there is always something going on. The winter months are much quieter but equally enjoyable with plenty of places to explore inside and out.
