An incredibly spacious 3 bedroom home in the centre of one of the islands most historic sailing villages. The beach is situated moments away from the property with a local pub and hotel with restaurants open all year round.

Elgin House is a nautically decorated home that offers spacious living accommodation, which is perfect for families. Outside you'll find a sunny, split-level rear garden with a patio-area and steps up to the lawn. Inside, the whitewashed walls and bold use of colour give this super retreat a light, welcoming feel throughout.
The open plan living and dining area makes it easy for a family to relax together, whilst upstairs the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach at Seaview is only a short walk away, as are the pub and restaurant. 2 Elgin House is a great choice for families looking for a bolthole from which to explore the Island.

Elgins' lovely ground floor space is large and open, with the kitchen and dining area and living room spanning the whole ground floor. French doors open out onto the garden patio.
A modern ground floor bathroom with loo, walk in shower and wash basin can be accessed from the garden.
The first floor comprises of three bedrooms, 1 x king, 1 x twin, 1 x bunk room and family bathroom
A separate space used as a playroom
The split level garden is south facing and gets the sun throughout the day. There is also a hot outdoor shower for washing off after coming off the beach.
Off road parking is available for 1 car.
