The children's Galley room has built in beds and offers a unique and fun place for the kids to sleep. The room exudes a distinctive character that is sure to enchant young hearts. Spanning three levels and boasting an enchanting terraced garden that gazes out upon the bay, you're bound to be serenaded by the delightful sounds of exploration.

Upon entering Bay House, you will be greeted by a generously proportioned and welcoming sitting room, complete with a television and an open fire—a perfect setting for cosy evenings by the hearth.
The heart of this exquisite residence resides in the well-appointed kitchen and dining area, a space furnished with a dual fuel range, including a gas hob and double electric oven. This fully-equipped kitchen also offers a microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer, separate freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a convenient dishwasher. Whether you are a culinary enthusiast or prefer to savour professionally prepared meals, this kitchen boasts all the necessary features to make your stay enjoyable. For those who appreciate dining to the soothing notes of music, a CD player and iPod dock are provided.
For added convenience, there is a cloakroom with a WC on this level, ensuring the comfort of all occupants.The first floor of Bay House presents an array of beautifully appointed bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - This room features a king-size double bed (5'), a private balcony, and an en suite Bathroom 1. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a bath, fitted shower, WC, and wash-basin, providing a luxurious retreat for occupants.
Bedroom 2 - Furnished with a double bed (4'6''), this cosy room offers a comfortable haven for a restful night's sleep.
Bedroom 3 - Ideal for children or guests, this bedroom has twin beds (3') and a wash-basin, offering a comfortable and functional space.
You'll also find a Bathroom 2 on this floor, which includes a bath, fitted shower, WC, and wash-basin. Additionally, there is a separate shower-room with a shower, WC, and wash-basin, ensuring that there's no morning rush for the facilities.
Heading up to the second floor, you'll discover:
Bedroom 4 - Equipped with twin beds (3'), it's a lovely room for enjoying a peaceful night's rest.
Bedroom 5 - Similar to Bedroom 4, this room is also furnished with twin beds (3'), offering a serene atmosphere for guests.
Bedroom 6 - This room is designed with built-in children's beds (2'6"), perfect for young ones. Please note that these beds are recommended for children only.
A shared Bathroom 3 with a bath, WC, and wash-basin is situated on this floor for the convenience of the guests.
Bay House's outdoor space offers an external heated shower, making it easy to wash off the sand and salt after a delightful day at Seagrove Bay.
While the garden is beautifully terraced, please take extra care with young children as it slopes. The balcony on the first floor is another charming spot for relaxation and sea gazing.
Please note that a cot is not provided, so be sure to bring your own travel cot if needed.

Having grown up coming to Seagrove Bay on holiday all of my life, Bay House is a personal favourite as it holds decades of happy family memories for me. We know that anyone who stays here will instantly fall in love with the house and location.

This was our second visit to Bay House which is recommendation in itself. We love this property. As soon as you enter you feel at home. Comfortable and with all amenities and more besides. The view is simply stunning and we sit for hours watching the ships on the Solent. Watch for the resident red squirrel in the garden.
We have just had the happiest of weekends with three generations of our family at Bay House. It is in the absolute perfect location just one minute up from the beach with glorious views from its' front windows across the Solent. There is also a lovely outside terrace with all weather comfy chairs and a dining table. The house has a wonderfully warm feel about it and a very well...
