The house is located on a quiet road within walking distance of the village and a short walk to the beach. It has a small private garden with bbq and sun loungers.

Situated on a quiet road just minutes from the popular, pretty village centre and beaches, the property has a pretty garden to the back and parking along the unmade private road. Everything you could need is within walking distance.
The accommodation is arranged over two floors. With a family bathroom upstairs. The cottage is a good size for couples or a small family. NB/ the stairs are narrow and would not suite young children or anyone less able to manage the narrow footing.
The kitchen area is well equipped with gas hob, microwave, oven, fridge and dishwasher.
Off of the kitchen is a small conservatory with washing machine and drying line.
There are 2 bedrooms, one double room with dressing room and a twin room and shared bathroom.
The garden has two sun loungers and a bbq perfect for enjoying the fresh air.
It is fenced and has a small gate at the front, perfect for keeping little ones/dogs safe.
There are no allocated parking spaces but you should be able to park on Queens Road with no issues finding a spot as this road is used for residents only.
Fern welcomes dogs to stay. Maximum of 2 pets. A fee applies of £35 per pet per stay.

The decor of this property has been done tastefully and to a good standard however we found one of the sofas and the double bed quite uncomfortable. The bathroom is adequate but small and as previous comments have noted it is a shame there is no downstairs loo. The location and size of the cottage are all accurately described and as we expected as regular visitors to Bembridge. We were...

We were pleased and grateful that the owners supplied on request a new iron and ironing board and that an interim cleaning was done during our 2 week stay. The managers are very prompt and helpful in dealing with issues.
