The ground floor unveils a contemporary yet classic shaker-style kitchen, complete with an island and dining table set in a bright and inviting space. This well-appointed kitchen is the heart of Park View, equipped with everything needed to create culinary delights. Adjacent to the kitchen, the split-level sitting room benefits from breathtaking views, seamlessly merging indoor comfort with the natural beauty outside.

Further enriching the ground floor is a cosy snug and playroom, with toys and entertainment options for our younger visitors. A utility room offers practical space for outdoor gear, alongside laundry facilities, ensuring everything from beach days to countryside excursions are catered for with ease. Additionally, a full-size bathroom is conveniently located on this level, ideal for freshening up after a day in the sand and sun.

Downstairs the open plan kitchen with island and dining table is light and modern with classic style shaker kitchen. The bright and airy, well equipped kitchen, has all you could need to cook up a feast. The kitchen is at the heart of the home and the split level sitting room allows the kitchen to benefit from the stunning views of the quintessentially English countryside. Past the kitchen into the main part of the home is a snug and playroom with plenty of toys and a tv to keep younger guests entertained.

A utility room provides ample space for muddy boots, coats, water and beach equipment as well as washing machine and dryer. The ground floor also benefits from a full size bathroom with bath and shower for washing off sandy toes from long balmy days on the beach.

Ascending to the first floor, which is at street level, guests will find a king bedroom with an en suite toilet and a twin bedroom adorned with large bay windows. The first floor at street level has a double bedroom with en-suite loo and a second twin bedroom with large bay windows.

We love Park View for the incredible sunsets that can be enjoyed from the picture sliding doors either from the warmth of the sitting room or from on the enclosed private patio. The endless views across the rolling hills of the British countryside.
