There are three bedrooms, which are made up of one king-size bed, one double bed, and a twin room. We have two sitting rooms, both with breathtaking views over the garden and beach – great for kids to have an area for games etc. One bathroom and one shower room.
The house is fully equipped with everything you could need – TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, games, DVDs, buckets and spades. There is also the all-important WiFi! There is a a BBQ for use in the garden or to take down to the beach, and deck chairs for you to use.

You enter this townhouse style property through the garage off of the gated private parking with access directly to the beach. In the garage is also where the tumble dryer and microwave or kept with plenty of storage for hanging things to dry from the beach and two coal BBQ's available for guests use.
The living spaces are spread out across multiple floors with the kitchen dining table being the first space that you enter from the entrance up the first flight of stairs, coat hooks can be found behind the front door. The kitchen has a built in washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher as well as a five burner gas stove. The dining table comfortably seats 6.
Second Floor
A few steps up to the next level off of the kitchen is the first sitting room with two three seater sofas and TV, from the sitting room you can enjoy views across the beach and solent.
A small stair case to the next landing where you will find a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath and loo. the next landing you will find a king sized bedroom with sea views. leading up another small set of stairs will take you to the third double bedroom and another bathroom.
Offers stunning views and a sofa.
There is a shared courtyard and a shared garden that leads directly to the beach. Children and dogs must be supervised at all times.
Solent Landing has gated parking with one allocated parking space in front of the garage door. An additional parking bay is available on a first come first served basis.

The proximity and access directly to the beach makes this property ideal for those seeking a seaside escape, we love the views from the almost all the rooms over the soelnt and harbour.

The property is ideally situated for the beach and local amenities. There was ample space for us to spread out and two bathrooms were much appreciated. We found everything we needed was provided and minor issues were sorted promptly A great experience
We found Solent Landings at very short notice and it has been a delightful break after weeks of wind and rain. Unbeatable view, good facilities, warm and comfortable. We are likely to return.
Lovely to be able to cross the solent and within a short period be at the beach and in a lovely house. So close to the water and conducive to relaxation and loads of walking. We didn't mind the multi living floors and having the top floor with the velux windows was great with good views of Portsmouth. We worked a couple of days in the week and the internet...
Amazing location near the beach: having such easy access to the beach was a real treat. The house is a somewhat awkward layout with each room on a different floor. The rooms are small but the weather was very good while we stayed so we hardly had to be indoors. Parking availability is good and the garage was useful. The service provided by Curated Spaces IOW was very good.

Bembridge
Bembridge, Isle of Wight, UK, is packed with charm and history.
The coastal village is located on the most Easterly point of The Isle of Wight and benefits from endless coastline with bars and restaurants in the heart of the village.
It would be easy to stay in Bembridge for your entire stay, but if you do wish to venture out the rest of the Island is easily accessible from here.
Indulge in the freshly caught crab & lobster which Bembridge is famous for or take to the high seas from the harbour. So much family fun to be had and plenty to do for the grown ups.
Public transport is available on Southern Vectis bus route 8, which operates between Ryde, Bembridge, Sandown and Newport.
The village has everything you could wish for - an independent butcher, bakery, greengrocer, fishmonger - along with the all-important gift shops for your holiday souvenirs!
