Tucked away on a quiet cul de sac this is a beautiful Bembridge home, 6 minutes walk from the beach.

A wonderful family house, delightfully decorated, comfortably furnished, with a large secure garden.

The ground floor is an open plan with living, kitchen and dining areas. One shower room downstairs and one bathroom with bath & shower upstairs.
The dining area opens on to the garden where you will find a fire pit, patio heaters and a garden dining set that seats 12.
There are 3 bedrooms: One king, one twin and one single.
A large sunny garden with dining table in front of the patio doors with further comfy style seating in front of the snug with smart Tv and lots if comfy seating is found in a chalet style cabin in the garden.
There is off street parking available on the driveway. The street offers plenty of further parking with no restrictions.
We would be delighted to check you in from 3pm on your day of arrival.

The property is in a really peaceful location with no noise at all. It was really well equipped and with all its additional outside features would be ideal for a family . The location was brilliant being 5 minutes walk from the small shops which was great for all essential needs, including a wonderful coffee shop! The bread, milk, cheese, butter and tomatoes left for our arrival was really appreciated....
We really enjoyed our stay at 40 Trelawny Way. The house was in an excellent location, very close to the beech and the village in a quite residential area. The house is very comfortable and we really liked the open plan layout on the ground floor. The house benefits from a good sized garden and our teenage children enjoyed having the separate TV room and use of the table tennis...
Great house in Bembridge with spacious open plan accommodation, large garden and TV snug. Modern decoration and quiet location close to good grocery store and pub with great food. Hosts provided wealth of information to help us during the stay and check-in/out was easy and efficient. Only negatives were road to harbour being closed which meant major diversion to get to St Helens direction but hosts advised us of this...
Emily was extremely helpful with answering my questions quickly before arriving at the property. Local produce left in the fridge was a nice touch after a long journey. Will definitely be re-booking next year via Curated Spaces IOW

We would definitely consider staying at Trelawny Way again.
The only thing we feel that the property could benefit from is for the back bedroom, windows to be ‘serviced’ as the windows in the twin and single room do not fit particular well in the window frame which on windy nights ( which we had a couple of during our stay) causes disrupted sleep due to the wind noise coming through the gap between the window and frame and also the amount of draught causes the blinds to move also.
Many thanks to Emily and Daisy for al their help with this booking and for their flexibility in allowing us to move our booking to Trelawny Way from the property we had originally booked due to road closures within Bembridge.

Some issues with front door bottom lock opening and bottom bathroom lock not being very well lined up but minor things. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this area and with better weather would be able to make more use of fantastic outside spce

Bembridge
The house is a 6minute walk to the beach at the end of Ducie Avenue and a 5 minute walk to the High Street.
Bembridge is situated on the most easterly point of the Isle of Wight, it boasts a stretch of coast line reaching from Bembridge Harbour to Wight Cliff Bay. It is a bustling village with a great community, independent shops, cafes and restaurants. There is plenty to do in Bembridge itself but it is also a great place from which to explore the rest of the Island
