Every home joining our collection receives a considered introduction to the market. This includes professional photography, a Matterport 3D walkthrough, and styling and staging coordination on shoot day, ensuring your home is presented with the same care and attention that underpins every property in our portfolio.

Changeover Service
To ensure every home in our portfolio is presented to the highest standard, we require a full deep clean before a property first goes live and again at the start of each new season. This allows us to guarantee the level of cleanliness that guests rightly expect.
Deep clean covers all areas that are easily overlooked in day-to-day changeovers, including the inside of cupboards and drawers, kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery, as well as behind and beneath furniture. Professional carpet & upholstery cleaning can also be arranged on request for an additional fee.
At the beginning of each season, we also carry out a complete setup check to confirm the property is fully prepared for the months ahead, ensuring both guest satisfaction and a successful letting season.

Guest Event Fee Rate
Where the Owner has confirmed that the Property may host events, the following additional fees and conditions shall apply:

Additional Conditions
- Guest numbers (residential and non-residential) must not exceed the maximum agreed capacity.
- All events must comply with local noise restrictions and property rules.
- The Guest is responsible for any damage or loss arising from the event.
- The Company reserves the right to require evidence of appropriate insurance.
