A spacious hallway leads to a double sitting room, kitchen dining room, double doors out to the garden and downstairs cloak room.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, the guest bedroom, family bathroom with separate bath and shower, and a WC.

2 more bedrooms and a study can be found on the second floor. One double room, one single room with pull out single trundle bed underneath, and a study with desk. There is also another bathroom with shower and loo.
The double bedroom on this floor has a lovely Juliet dorma window with beautiful views of the coastline and the study provides a dedicated work spaces if needed.

In the basement there is a film room with 4 cinema chairs and a large screen for kids movie evenings. And a table football set up for fun games.

Out of double doors from the kitchen dining area is a lovely garden with rockery and astro turf area and lovely seating for alfresco drinks.
