Ferry Booking Terms & Conditions

As part of our service to guests, we are pleased to offer ferry bookings via our trade account with Wightlink. By requesting a ferry booking through us, guests agree to the following terms:

1. Booking Process

Guests must complete and submit our Ferry Booking Request Form with the required travel details.

Once received, we will process the booking on our Wightlink trade account.

A booking confirmation will be provided by us once the reservation is secured.

2. Charges and Payment

The cost of the ferry booking will be added to your holiday invoice unless otherwise arranged.

All ferry bookings are subject to Wightlink’s pricing and fare structures at the time of booking.

3. Amendments and Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your ferry reservation, please notify us as soon as possible.

Wightlink apply a £10 cancellation fee, which will be charged to your booking in full.

Changes to your ferry reservation may incur additional costs or fare differences, which will be passed on to you.

4. Non-Use of Booked Sailings

If you do not take your booked sailing for any reason, the ferry fare is non-refundable and the guest remains liable for the full cost of the reservation.

5. Wightlink Terms and Conditions

All ferry bookings are made under Wightlink’s Terms and Conditions, which apply to your travel.
