Fantastic location with plenty of space for two families or a large group to share! If you are here sailing for charters or visiting the Island, Madeira House has plenty of space across two floors. Three double rooms, and a bunk room.

Situated in the very centre of Seaview village, Madeira house is surrounded by so much character in this Victorian sailing village. Ideal position for families who make use of the Seaview Yacht Club which is minutes from the front door along with plenty of local pubs and cafes and of course the stunning beaches. The apartment is spacious and light and located in a highly sort after area, what it lacks in outdoor space it makes up for in the size of the rooms and shared spaces.

The split level flat offers two bedrooms on the first floor with a family bathroom, the ground floor boasts a large open plan kitchen and living room and a further two double bedrooms, one with en suite and a shower room and loo.

As well as the large sitting room and dining area, there is a second snug and TV area so that all generations are catered for.

The ground floor is spacious open plan kitchen with dining table and sitting room. The modern kitchen has amble worktop space and all you could need to cook up a feast. Off of the main living area, you will find a good sized shower and loo along with laundry machine.

The second bedroom is a master with king size bed and en suite bathroom with large walk in shower.

The first floor can be accessed directly from street level through the shared lobby and front door and comprises of a large bay fronted super king bedroom with large mirrored built in wardrobes making this space light and airy. There is a family bathroom with bath and loo and a further bedroom with bunk beds. nb/ please note the spiral staircase may not be suitable for everyone.

Madeira house gladly welcomes up to two dogs. A pet fee of £35 per pet per stay will be added to your booking.

You couldn’t be more central to everything in the village, but with this benefit comes the sacrifice of private parking! whilst you can not park at the property there is plenty of unrestricted parking on nearby roads and short parking bays to the front of the property for unloading, these spaces can not be guaranteed.


Other things to note

The village is teaming with life in the summer and quiet retreat in the winter months. With pubs, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, this property has so much to offer families and small groups.

Madiera House is a great space especially for multi generational groups with the ground floor allowing easy access to the main living space and several bedrooms at ground level, the master bedroom has an en suite with walk in shower. Room for all the family including the pets.
