Caritas first floor is light airy and spacious with two sitting rooms an extensive dining area with open plan kitchen and large sliding doors adjoining the two spaces and patio garden. The front sitting room benefits from the bay windows and shutters allowing light in and privacy from the street. A smart TV is available in the front sitting room whilst terrestrial as well as streaming services are available off of the snug behind the kitchen, great for different generations wanting to watch different things.
The house is renovated to a high spec with solid wood floors and underfloor heating. There is a downstairs shower and loo.
A good sized family bathroom can be found at the top of the stairs, mosaic white tiled floor with over bath shower.
Two good sized rooms both with king sized beds and bay windows offer lots of space.
A third custom built bunk room is great for younger children.
Sunny patio with hot outdoor shower, kettle Webber bbq and luxury rattan garden furniture with parasol offer exceptional al fresco dining. The house also benefits from extensive storage and external street access via the beautifully designed shed for water sports equipment complete with hose to wash down all your salty equipment.
On street parking is available directly outside but is not allocated. Plenty of free parking along this road and neighbouring roads.

We loved staying in Carita again, it's a fantastic house however since changing ownership the furniture is a little different and we noticed having slightly smaller beds and no optional extra large sofa/bed in the tv/playroom to act as an extra bed - sadly the bunk beds are only good for very small children which ours are not! Brilliant location and lovely style though.
