Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is set on the edge of the delightful gardens of North Grounds Farm, which include a big lawn area with table and chairs for guest use to enjoy the sunny Island (micro) climate.
This eco-friendly single-storey open-plan barn conversion is thoughtfully furnished and well-appointed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The cottage is in a beautiful and peaceful location on the South of the Island (the “Back of the Wight” as we call it here), close to the sea and the countryside, making it the perfect base for long walks, bike rides and a good surf.
Grace Cottage has a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings reading or sipping a glass of wine by the fire.

Enjoy the newly refurbished bathroom with big bathtub to unwind after a busy day surfing, walking or riding.

The well-equipped kitchen will not disappoint the foodies but don’t worry if you are not a 'Cordon Blue’, there are plenty of good pubs around.
The single room next to the master bedroom is mostly used as a dressing room allowing ample storage and flexible sleeping arrangements for a little one.
Guests often comment on how comfortable the bed is. A real home away from home!
