9 Solent Landing is ideally situated on a private gated complex. This beach fronted, terraced town house boasts direct access to the beach through private shared gardens and uninterrupted sea views. The Bembridge Sailing Club is neighbour to this stunning location and the house is a short walk from the centre of Bembridge village and The Pilot Boat Inn.
The house sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms, with two sitting rooms, each living area is comfortably furnished throughout.
There is a shared patio area just off of the kitchen, beach front garden and gated parking in front of the property.
Situated on a quiet road just minutes from the popular beaches & sailing club, sea views from one of the bedrooms and both sitting rooms.
The accommodation is arranged over four floors. Please note access requires climbing of stairs in this town house style layout.
The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with gas hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. It is a comfortable size and additional seating is available on the patio area.
The microwave and tumble dryer are located in the garage at the entrance.
Just off of the kitchen up a small flight of stairs you will find the cosy living room with two sofas, television and a selection of family games.
The first bedroom is on the third landing and next to it is the first bathroom with bath, shower and loo.
Is the first double bedroom which has a king size bed, neutrally decorated and comfortably furnished.
Is the second double bedroom, neutrally decorated and comfortably furnished and family bathroom with shower and loo.
The snug with stunning views across the solent. A great extra space for families and larger groups.
The shared garden has plenty of seating, you are welcome to use the bbq, deck chairs and beach toys. Please see our welcome folder that explains solent landing etiquette for use of the communal areas.
Whilst the complex is gated, there is direct access to the beach and water, small children and dogs will need to be supervised.
Other things to note
PETS – This property allows one small DOG, please confirm bread on booking. A small extra charge of £3.50 per night is charged.
Dogs are not allowed in any of the bedrooms or on the sofas, please bring your own dog beds.
Please make sure you remove all dog poo from the garden before you depart otherwise, we will deduct £25 from your deposit.
There is a tap with a hose pipe for rinsing salt water off of the beach things and salty dogs.
