Large seaside accommodation laid out over three floors. A traditional house with lots of room suited to both entertaining and comfortable family gatherings. Most principal rooms enjoy a splendid view across the solent and the beach is less than a minute from the doorstep.

THE GROUND FLOOR

Plenty of entertaining space and comfortable rooms including a large, drawing room with open fire and garden patio doors.

.The kitchen includes a large dining area seating fourteen. Well equipped the kitchen is ideal for cooking family meals or catering for a crowd.

The utility area of the house has a washing machine, dryer and extra freezer.

An hot outdoor shower can be found through the garden gate for warming up from all those swims in the sea.

FIRST FLOOR

On the first floor you can expect two large bedrooms both with sea views and french doors onto the veranda, the King suite benefits from its own en suite whilst the master King room uses the large family bathroom with bay window and sea views.

A third large room that can be arranged as a twin or a double room also has use of a separate bathroom.

The first floor has two bathrooms and one en suite.

SECOND FLOOR

On the second floor you can expect a further three bedrooms family bathroom and separate loo. Two of these rooms have views out over the sea, one is a spacious twin and a second twin room with dressing table in the bay windows. 

The third room is the cabin room and sleeps 4 in a unique and fun space, each cabin has its own privacy curtains and is a great place for younger generations to sleep with plenty of space. 

THE GARDEN

The garden slopes but benefits from fantastic views over Seagrove Bay and a recently added patio area provides fantastic alfresco dinning and views across the solent. 

PARKING

There is private off street parking for two cars and a further space on Gully Rd. An electric charging point is also available.

A pre authorisation will be held on card of £400 two days prior to check in and released 7 days following check out inspection.

Take care with young children in the sloping terraced garden and on the balcony. *A cot is not provided, bring your own travel cot..
