The dining table will seat up to 12, the kitchen Island offers two additional spaces for casual dining.
The lower ground floor of Cambisgate offers an exceptional blend of comfort and style, perfect for accommodating larger groups or families. It features a luxurious king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, designed for relaxation and privacy. In addition, there are two bespoke cabin rooms, each equipped with custom-built, full-size cabin beds that can sleep up to four guests in each room; ideal for children or additional guests.
The lower floor also includes two additional bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort and convenience. A further sitting room provides a cosy space to unwind, with the same stunning sea views that grace the upper levels, ensuring the beauty of the coastline is never far from sight.

The property boasts direct access to the beach, where the tide comes right up to the garden wall, making it feel as though you are truly at the waters edge; you couldn't be closer to the sea if you tried!
Relax and soak in the panoramic ocean views from the spacious patio, or enjoy an al fresco meal in the luxurious BBQ area, fully equipped for outdoor dining and entertaining. Whether you're hosting family gatherings or simply unwinding with the sound of the waves, this coastal haven provides the perfect backdrop for any occasion.
There is parking on the drive in front of the property for two cars. The gradient is steep.
One well behaved dog is welcome at Cambisgate. A pet fee of £35 will be added to the booking for guests bringing a dog with them.

A true slice of paradise directly on the beach in Seaview with panoramic sea views and direct private access to the beach, what is not to love? whilst shooting this property we where blessed with beautiful weather and the stunning setting made us want to stay forever! This property is in an idyllic location with close proximity to the village but offers privacy to enjoy watching endless ocean landscapes, ever changing.
