In addition, there are two bespoke cabin rooms, each equipped with custom-built, full-size cabin beds that can sleep up to four guests in each room; ideal for children or additional guests.

The lower floor also includes two additional bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort and convenience. A further sitting room provides a cosy space to unwind, with the same stunning sea views that grace the upper levels, ensuring the beauty of the coastline is never far from sight.

Children and dogs are warmly welcomed at Cambisgate; however, please be aware that while the garden is enclosed, the height of the sea wall from the property side could be a risk for pets, and the beachside drop is significant. For safety reasons, children and pets must be supervised at all times when outside.

The property boasts direct access to the beach, where the tide comes right up to the garden wall, making it feel as though you are truly at the waters edge; you couldn't be closer to the sea if you tried!

There is parking on the drive in front of the property for two cars. The gradient is steep.

One well behaved dog is welcome at Cambisgate. A pet fee of £70 will be added to the booking for guests bringing a dog with them.
