A central location with easy street parking. Beautifully refurbished with comfortable beds and seating. Easy on the eye. Great shower room etc. Downside was a yard that I could nt imagine sitting in and directly onto the street which meant keeping blinds 2/3 closed for privacy so no natural light. Well kitted out but needed a microwave in the utility room, and complicated CH gadget needed new batteries
Great location, clean and good size bedrooms. My only criticism is that you can hear the neighbours. The walls are thin and no Microwave.
Lower Bouys has obviously been refurbished recently to a high standard, everything is new and of good quality. It's a simple, no frills place which gets the basics right. Two comfortable double bedrooms, a spacious well equipped kitchen and a comfy lounge area with a big TV. It's located well, with Seaview's shops and cafes only a few steps away. The seafront is just down the hill and Seagrove and...
