The location is unbeatable, situated on the road that seamlessly connects the enchanting harbour to the heart of the village. A dedicated parking space at the rear of the property adds to the convenience, allowing you to explore the surrounding beauty with ease.

As you step inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a separate dining area, creating a perfect space for shared meals and quality family time. Two cosy sitting rooms provide ample space to unwind, whether for a leisurely meal or to enjoy some television and relaxation.

For an extra touch of comfort, the conservatory beckons with additional seating, another TV, and a collection of books and games to entertain the whole family. Step outside onto the balcony adjoining the conservatory, and you’ll find stairs leading down to the enchanting garden below – a private and secure oasis for al fresco dining amidst a tranquil setting.

The downstairs WC adds to the convenience, ensuring that every aspect of your family's needs is taken care of.

Venture upstairs to discover three inviting bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, another with a double bed, and a third with twin beds, which can be converted into a super-king bed upon request. The family bathroom offers both a shower and a bath, providing flexibility for your comfort.

A veranda and patio garden provide lots of places to sit outside, the patio garden is secure and enclosed with a gate at the end of the garden to access the private parking space in front of the properties garage.

There is parking for one car accessed off of Kings Close in front of the properties garage door and the end. Please note that all the residents also park here and it can be difficult to get larger cars into the allocated space. Parking spaces can be found on a first come first served basis to the front of the property.

The green house is delighted to welcome up to two dogs. A £35 per pet per stay is applicable.

We couldn't love the location more, close to the harbour and beach and the village with lots of cosy spaces.
