 Step into the private and secure garden, accessible through a convenient side entrance or down steps from the balcony, and indulge in al fresco dining amidst a tranquil setting.

The Space

Ideally located on the road that connects the harbour and the heart of the village, The Green House offers a dedicated parking space at the rear of the property for your convenience.

Downstairs

Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a separate dining area, providing the perfect space for shared meals and quality family time. The house boasts two cozy sitting rooms where you can unwind, whether for a leisurely meal or to enjoy some television and relaxation.

For an extra touch of comfort, the conservatory offers additional seating, another TV, and a collection of books and games to entertain the whole family. Step outside onto the balcony adjoining the conservatory, and you’ll find stairs leading down to the enchanting garden below.

The house also features a downstairs WC, ensuring utmost convenience for your entire family.

Upstairs

Upstairs, you’ll discover three inviting bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, another with a double bed, and a third with twin beds, which can be converted into a super-king bed upon request. The family bathroom offers a shower & bath.
